A) Deep Listening
Ask partner: What is a positive life-changing experience you've had? (Other than the birth of your children). Then introduce your partner to the group based on what seems meaningful or important to them, what are their values? This is about hearing deeper than details of a story. Deep listening.
B) Facing and Freedom
1. What percentage of 100% do you judge yourself in life? (example: I judge myself 30% of my life)
2. What percentage of 100% do you practice self-care?
3. How would your life be different with less less self-judgement and more self-care? Specifics.
C) Familiar Self-Judgment and Truth of Being
1. What is a familiar self-judgment you tell yourself?
2. If you have always been more than that, what is another self-judgment you tell yourself?
D) Self-Judgment Stories I Believed
Areas of Life. All areas of life can be impacted by our self-judgment. Learning to have compassion for our innocence and how these beliefs were created, then letting go, is the beginning of healing and opening the door to freedom for your life to reflect more of your joys, wisdom, and success.
