House of the Holy Redeemer. Don’t let the name scare you. It is a nice place.

It is the past home of one of the Wealthy Vanderbuilt daughters, bought to offer lodging and events.
A cab ride to the seminar will be about 15-20 minutes and around $15.

AIRPORTS:
LaGuardia Airport is about one hour to the seminar with no traffic. Give it an hour and a half on Friday night. On Sunday evening after the course, an hour will do. For JFK Airport, add another 20 minutes to everything. Costs of the taxi from LaGuardia Airport is about $26 with tip and $50 from JFK Airport.
