Grand Union Hotel (The feedback is that it is medium quality)

Small cafe in restaurant.
House of the Holy Redeemer. Don’t let the name scare you. It is a nice place.
7 East 95th St. between Fifth Ave. and Madison. Half block from Central Park.

It is the past home of one of the Wealthy Vanderbuilt daughters, bought to offer lodging and events.
A cab ride to the seminar will be about 15-20 minutes and around $15.

AIRPORTS:
LaGuardia Airport is about one hour to the seminar with no traffic. About an hour and a half on Friday night. On Sunday evening after the course, an hour will get you back to the airport. Taxi cost to location is around $40 including tip.
JFK Airport is about an hour and a quarter with no traffic. An hour and a half back to airport on Sunday evening. Taxi to location is around $65 including tip.
Newark Airport, New Jersey. Driving can be an hour without traffic. An hour and a half with traffic on Friday evening. An hour and quarter back to the airport on Sunday evening. Taxi can be $65 incl. tip.
