As many of you know, I was interviewed last week by my good friend and noted author, Stephanie Gunning, regarding how to live with a quieter mind and with a greater sense of the infinite Presence that we are (Lester Levenson’s original message). The recorded call is below and also on the "Free Stuff" page in the link bar above.
One participant called me immediately after the call and told me she had read in books of the profound and unbounded Presence that we are, but never had experienced it, until the call. I had led the listeners through a process that helps quiet the mind and experience the richness of your true nature.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy a time of peace. (Are your speakers on?)
With wishes for your freedom,

PS. Learn to live with a quieter mind and more happiness even in today’s times by joining us this weekend at the Sedona Method course in NYC, Sept. 27-28. See the "Calendar" link above for registration info.
My time here in Sedona at the Sedona Method 9-Day Ultimate Freedom Retreat has ended, but its impact will last beyond time and quiets the most stubborn minds.
The four foundational processes of letting go with the Sedona Method remain powerful. When the soul calls for it, however, the next exploration is to investigate the source of ALL suffering, the sense of a separate "me" that must change, fix, or accomplish things before it can feel whole or be at peace. We call this simply The Fifth Way. But instead of me writing more, click on the video below and let Hale Dwoskin, my good friend and the Director of Sedona Training Associates, explain it a bit more. I am in this video too with a grin that reflects the joy of 9-Days of recognizing that freedom is our true nature. Not so bad, huh? And heeeere’s Hale …
(One more thing. I didn’t share this past week’s blogs with you just as a travelogue (Scroll down for all my entries), but as an invitation for you to know ~ either for the first time learning about the Sedona Method, or as a graduate, that there is a treasure of boundless peace when you continue this track of recognizing your true nature. You’ll find it as Lester says, "Just behind the mind", and beneath the appearance of suffering that we are all so used to. After the video, check our calendar now (and in the near future as well) for the courses and free introductory evenings where you can become unwavering in knowing this true nature that is you. Also enjoy my video and audio support on the "Free Stuff" page.) And now - get your popcorn and enjoy this short 2 minute video.

A few of you have asked how the advanced 9-day retreat fits with the basic technique we teach. When you first learn the Sedona Method technique of letting go, you discover the wonderful truth that feelings are not who you are and that you can let them go at will, uncovering your more natural state of peace, clairty of thinking, and a more loving sense of life.
The basic technique remains the doorway to what Lester shared from the beginning, that who you truly are is unlimited. The 9-Day Ultimate Freedom Retreat invites us to visit this truth for 9 days, continually questioning the very notion that I exist separate from the allness of life. When this sense of separation dissolves, a pristine awareness reveals itself as our very nature - and what we attached ourselves to as problems, become miniscule compared to this expansive sense of being.
I hope this helps clarify some things. I have two more days in these beautiful surroundings of Sedona and of the inner landscape of beauty as well. Gorgeous clouds in the photo, huh? I will have another video up in the next day or two. So see you then!
Keep releasing! Or even explore being the boundless awareness in which all rises and falls. Why not try it? What have you got to lose, only your suffering …
For your freedom and greatest happiness,
David

The other half, whoa! It was a bit of a surprise, although a powerful and life-changing one. This 9-day retreat is led masterfully by Hale Dwoskin, director of training of Sedona Training Associates and a dear friend. On the 9-day retreat we very methodically investigate the appearance of a "me", separate from life. This was Lester Levonson’s discovery in 1952 and was the foundation of the Sedona Method, to assist in dissolving the appearance and pain of separation.
If you don’t go into your memory to remember experiences that have defined your individual identity, or you don’t focus just on the body, can you actually find the "me" that you refer to in normal conversation? Or is it an appearance recreated by the mind each time. This "me" is the one who suffers with the world not being the way he or she wishes and fears for its mortality. So then if we are not a separate me, what are we?
If you investigate the very existence of this mini-me, you discover it is only mind-based and what remains in its place is the You that is aware of the "idea" of a separate me. You see that you are what can be called boundless Awareness itself, or Presence, void of much of the suffering associated with the struggling mini-me. Feelings or thoughts may rise and fall within this awareness, but they have no impact, much like a cloud in the sky which comes and goes, yet doesnt impact the fullness of the sky. THIS is when lightness and laughter began on this retreat..
It’s over 100 degrees, the crickets are loud and I couldnt be happier. The video below is from
Sedona, AZ where I am being inspired at The Sedona Method 9-Day Advanced Retreat.
I’m watching people with anxiety, depression, and much more awaken to who they are
beyond all these so-called issues. It’s being lead inspiringly by my good friend, Hale Dwoskin,
Director of training for SedonaTraining Associates. And I have the joy of staying with my dear friends,
Tim and Enrika. Enrika was my teacher of the Sedona Method 21 years ago. Life is good!
This retreat is founded on you knowing that in this very moment, unless you recreate it in
your mind, there is no problem. Try it, you’ll like it. If you dont go into your mind, is there a
problem here?Or is it simply peaceful? Come back to visit in the next few days for more
great stuff comin’ to ya from Sedona, AZ. Watch below for a first glimpse of Sedona. More to come! …
