Thank you David. I woke up this morning and I was struggling with emotions left over from the previous evening. They were consuming my mind, and disrupting my sleep. I welcomed the feelings in and instantly let them go. This video blog is fantastic! Thanks for the support and for helping me to live a healthier life.
